32-year-old Danielle joined OLG Recruitment on 12th February 2024 as a Recruitment Manager after previously working at Worley as Talent Acquisition. Prior to that Danielle worked at Gi Group as their Branch Manager. Danielle is no stranger to OLG Recruitment – she originally joined the company back in August 2018 as a Business Manager where she stayed until February 2020.
Danielle is based at On Line House, Immingham and her role will be focused on planning, directing and overseeing the operations within OLG Recruitment and to support the company in executing long-term and short term goals.
Danielle, who lives in Grimsby with her family; fiancé Nic, her 2 children Charlie (6), Ophelia who is almost 2, and their dog Ted. She enjoys attending Crossfit weekly (which by her own admission helps with the eating and drinking she does on a weekend), and spending time with family. She is always up for an adventure!
Danielle said, “I have worked in Recruitment for 12 years – my parents also worked in recruitment throughout their careers in which they owned an agency whilst I was growing up. It must be in the blood.
I am excited to rejoin the business and be a part of their expansive growth plans. We work with some fantastic clients in which we have developed long term relationships with. That expertise I would like to bring to other businesses in the Humber region and continue supporting the local business/candidate market with their recruitment needs.
