Our inclusion policies

With over 600 personnel working across our companies, it is very important for us to demonstrate compliance with Inclusion and Diversity standards.

Over the years we have devoted ourselves to creating a work environment that provides all of our employees and associates with equal opportunities for career development. We believe that hard work, talent and a willingness to learn and succeed within each field is what makes a suitable employee, regardless of their background, ethnicity, religion, gender or sexual orientation.

We actively recruit personnel from across the UK and abroad that we feel will add value to our operations and clients. We also apply this philosophy to our recruitment agency – OLG Recruitment; recruiting staff for employers based only on their professional credentials and character.

It is important to OLG that we demonstrate an inclusive and communal workplace environment, which we believe to be critical to the long-term sustainability of our business.

We strive to exceed UK legislation – covering age, disability, race, religion, sex and sexual orientation among others.

This sets minimum standards but we believe that our effective inclusion and diversity strategy goes beyond legal compliance and seeks to add value to our organisation, contributing to employee wellbeing and engagement, in turn providing a highly skilled, professional workforce.
