OLG Recruitment was pleased to support the next generation of talent by attending Mock Interviews for Year 9 students at Outwood Academy Foxhills last week.
Mark Chapman from OLG Recruitment spent time speaking with students and conducting mock interviews, helping them gain valuable insight into the recruitment process and develop key employability skills, including communication, confidence and interview techniques.
These sessions provide a fantastic opportunity for young people to experience real-world interview scenarios, helping them build confidence and prepare for their future education and career journeys.
