OLG Recruitment is a nationwide recruitment solutions agency based in the UK. We have over 40 years’ experience in the engineering, manufacturing, construction and healthcare industries, and have expanded our recruitment solutions agency into finding highly motivated and trusted candidates for Blue Collar roles across many sectors.

Situated in the Humber region, OLG Recruitment is one of the largest regional suppliers of Technical and Professional personnel on temporary, interim and permanent placements.

Originally a division of OLG Engineering, tasked with sourcing and providing highly skilled engineers and White Collar individuals. OLG Recruitment is now a wholly owned subsidiary of OLG, after the organisation was restructured in 2013. We now provide both in-house and external recruitment solutions across the country.

OLG Recruitment was originally formed as the Technical Agency Division of OLG Engineering in 1990 when the company saw the need to provide engineering personnel to their clients.

As the Company developed from supplying solely to OLG Engineering’s original clients, and moved away from engineering into all grades of technical and professional personnel, the Technical Agency was incorporated in 2013, into a separate business operating as a traditional recruitment agency.
