Ethics and Conduct

Our exceptional ethical standards

As a family-owned group of independent businesses it is important that we adhere to strict ethical standards in order to demonstrate corporate social responsibility within both the sectors and communities we operate in.

As such, our core values are based not only on our vision to grow and develop as a successful organisation, but also to provide real value to our clients and employees.

To ensure that this policy is applied practically across all OLG brands, we have established three brand values that capture the ethical trust we want to achieve for OLG.

  • Culture – We appreciate diversity and encourage different opinions.

The OLG Code of Conduct provides a statement of our business practices and and what how we expect our employees to conduct themselves whilst in our employment.

We also maintain a Supplier Code of Conduct setting out how we expect our suppliers to conduct themselves and their supply chain.
